As part of Palestinian efforts to mobilize international political and humanitarian support, the Palestinian International Cooperation Agency (PICA), represented by Dr. Ihsan Abu Al Rub, Acting Director General, participated in the official Palestinian delegation to the Republic of Ghana, headed by Dr. Mahmoud Al-Habbash, Supreme Shari’a Judge of Palestine and Advisor to the President on Religious Affairs and Islamic Relations.
