Director General of Palestine International Cooperation Agency (PICA) Imad Al-Zuhairi discussed today with the Minister of Local Governance Hussain Al-A’raj several topics including cooperation and coordination between the Ministry and the Agency and the mechanisms of transferring the Palestinian local governance experience to friendly and developing countries.
