The Palestinian International Cooperation Agency (PICA) discussed ways of cooperation in the field of water and environment with the Institute of Water and Environmental Studies at Birzeit University and the Palestinian Hydrology Society. The two sides discussed potential future projects in the water sector in the African Continent.
