ISTANBUL – within the framework of the cooperation agreement between PICA and SESRIC, PICA participated in a training course on Conflict Resolution and Mediation for OIC Junior Diplomats. The course lasted for three days, targeting more than 40 diplomats from 34 OIC member states.
Organized by SESRIC in partnership with the Diplomacy Academy of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Turkey, the training aimed at enhancing the diplomatic capacities and skills of young diplomats from the OIC Member States and helping them acquire necessary knowledge about the role of the OIC and understand the major regional and international issues.
On the sidelines of the training program, PICA discussed with SESRIC technical team procedures of implementing capacity building programs and activities in the year 2020 for various Palestinian institutions, within the framework of the signed agreement between both parties.
