Minister of Foreign Affairs and Expatriates, Dr. Riad Malki, delivered a speech on behalf of the Arab foreign ministers to the forty-fourth session of the Council of Foreign Ministers of the Organization of Islamic Cooperation in Côte d’Ivoire, focusing on the role of the Palestinian International Cooperation Agency (PICA) in supporting the development programs of the OIC member states and promoting peace and youth participation.
On behalf of the Arab Group, Al-Malki called for the formation of an Islamic team to promote the solidarity process where Palestine will be the spearhead to achieve comprehensive development programs through PICA.
He stressed the importance of cooperation and coordination between PICA and its counterparts to begin formulating a joint cooperation programs in line with the principles of the Islamic Cooperation Organization.
