| Background: | As an implementation of a cooperation agreement between PICA and TIKA, and in support of the Palestinian community in Chile, the Palestinian International Cooperation Agency in partnership with the Turkish Cooperation and Coordination Agency, took off to Chile on a mission aimed at rehabilitating a retirement home and reconstructing sports facilities for children. | |

| Activities: | Discussions of participants’ experiences and expectations. Examples of successful and unsuccessful experiences. In-field training on shooting and producing TV& Online videos. Live reporting simulations, which were recorded and critiqued in real time. Interview simulations, which were recorded and critiqued in real time. In-Studio news bulletin simulations, which are recorded and critiqued in real time. A daily morning editorial meeting to discuss what is in news and decide what stories to cover for each media channel so the station can immediately benefit from the training outcomes and participants wont loose interest.
