Nicaragua reaffirms its unequivocal support for the Palestinian people and their leadership to establish the independent and sovereign State of Paleatine with East Jerusalem as capital.
The Government of the Republic of Nicaragua reaffirmes its unlimited support for the efforts of the Palestinian leadership, led by H.E President Mahmoud Abbas, to realize the legitimate and inalienable rights of the Palestinian people to self-determination and the establishment of their sovereign and independent state on the borders of June 4, 1967, with East Jerusalem as eternal capital.
This came during meetings held between PICA and the Nicaraguan authorities to discuss mechanisms of developing and enhancing bilateral cooperation between the two countries, especially since PICA is currently implementing the third phase of agricultural development programs, through specialized experts from the Palestinian Ministry of Agriculture.
